I was trying to get cw to work with winkeyer and had to turn key2 line on to get the line connected to key1 to work. Bug?

When you use a version 1 chip you have to check the out #2 box. The checkbox labels present the version 2 winkey chip. I wasn't aware the differences.
I have to update the docs.

Please confirm, you use a version1 chip.

The Winkey chip version 1 and 2/3 use different hardware and there are differences in the configuration. The seen settings are applicable for version 2/3 chips. For version 1 read following:

• Side tone enable --> Use pin 5 for sidetone
• Key out 1 enable --> Use pin 5 for key out
• PTT enable --> Use pin 5 for PTT
• Key out 2 enable --> Pin 3 key out enable

I had the same issue - had to check "key out 2 enable" in order to get the Winkeyer USB (version 3.0) to key the K3.

If I plug it in to Key 2 then "Enable Key 1" works.
