RumLogNG isn't populating QSO data.
I have Preferences>Database>hamqth.com selected.
If I view "Add QSO Data > use Hamqth.com, use QRZ.com, use QRZCQ.com," those 3 options are all muted and no selection can be made.
I have a HamQTH.com account and am logged in during RumLogNG use, but there's no QSO data populating.
How to fix?
Thank you.

"Add QSO data" options are muted
Re: "Add QSO data" options are muted
Read the chapter Add data to existing logbook entries from here: https://dl2rum.de/RUMlogNG/docs/en/page ... H_qrz.html

Re: "Add QSO data" options are muted
Hello, New user fresh install of version 6.0.2 on MAC os Tahoe.
I can not get the QSO name and QTH fields to auto populate. I have a QRZ and Hamqth subscription and enter all of the login information but the fields do not auto populate after I enter the call sign of a new contact and tab over.
In help I found "When you click the small (disclosure) triangle in the upper right hand corner, the result window opens. The queries are enabled now. A query starts:” I can not find the small disclosure triangle to click.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can use Menu --> Window --> HamQTH/qrz/QRZCQ as well as pushing the triangle.

Re: "Add QSO data" options are muted
Dave N4EF helped me out. Thanks Dave. The triangle mentioned in the help notes is the > just below and to the right of the QTH field.
The name and QTH fields do not auto populate like several other programs that I use HAMRS as an example. It would be really useful if this was an option in RUMlogNG. It would save several steps during a QSO. I know I can always add the information to the log later by selecting log entries and selecting QSO, Add QSO Data, Use QRZ.com, etc.
Just a thought for future updates.
Thanks again Dave N4EF!

It will! The name and QTH fields do not auto populate
Set the option Use data.

Re: "Add QSO data" options are muted
DL2RUM Thank you for the reply.
I can not find the "use Data" option in the settings. It is in the QRZ information that pops up after I click the ^ symbol. And after I click the ^ symbol the fields auto populate. What I was hoping for is an option that populates those fields when I tab past the call sign field without any additional steps.
I may be simply missing where to find the correct "use data" option.
I understand that in a contest situation this isn't required, but I have found it very useful in logging more casual QSO's and when operating POTA
