Will RUMLog run on Lion?

Yes.

I picked up one of the new Mac Minis with Lion and the first program I installed was RUMlog. It works just fine.

Yes, I loaded Lion Wednesday and almost immediately started running RUMlog and it's been just fine.

Just found out, that the LoTW and eQSL user database update routine is not working. This will be fixed soon.

The voice announcements will not work any longer, when you change to a new multilingual voice.

When you are using the standard voice, the output may be become unreliable. No fix yet.
