Question: RUMlogNG does not seem to communicate the "AI1;" command to the radio when initializing serial communication on start-up. RUMlogNG does properly read the initial radio frequency, but subsequent mode or frequency changes on the radio are not apparently communicated to RUMlogNG. If I issue the command from a serial terminal window, RUMlogNG will then properly update display frequency & mode changes on the radio. Am I missing a RUMlog config option?

Hello David,
The only way I resolved it was to turn on the rig & 232 interface before RUMLogNG. Then I opened a serial port application & entered the AI1; command. Once the radio beeped I checked the program for returning characters when changing freq on the rig. Once confirmed the command was working, I closed the serial port application & started RUMLogNG & everything worked as desired.
Good news, and maybe I'm slow to inform, but Tom has now released a new rev of the RUMogNG and has included support for the KW850. Works PERFECTLY without all the extra clicking before starting the log.
