TS-590SG Frequency Readout

When turning the VFO the frequency readout in the log does not change. Should it? If I do a reset CAT the frequency will read what the radio says but still will not change with the turning of the VFO. Quite sure CAT:Serial port is set up correctly in preferences. Also none of the DX spots from the DX-Cluster terminal window show up in the DX Spot window.

TS-590 has 2 VFOs. RUMlog seems to be able to read frequency out of VFO A. If you have by any chance enabled VFO B, outcome will be exactly as you described. Please check first if changing to VFO A helps, and let us know.

Check your flow control settings. As far as I know, the TS-590 uses RTS/CTS per default.

When you don't see dx spots in the dx spot window, check your filter setting in the preferences under the DX-Cluster tab.

BTW the 590 works fine with the same settings in the old Rumlog.....8N1 56700 RTC/CTS but new Rumlog still will not change frequency when rotating VFO knob (VFO A).

The filter settings cured the DX spot window. Thanks.

My error, try the latest version please: http://dl2rum.de/RUMlogNG/RUMlogNG.zip
For an unknown reason, I removed some code after successful testing.
