I would like to have a way to delete a single log entry and also a way to clear the complete log, would that be possible for the future?

To delete a single QSO, double touch a QSO entry in the log table. This brings up the Edit screen, where a Delete button is provided.
An effective way to delete a whole log, is the iTunes Filesharing feature.
