I was in the 2025 DX Marathon (CW). First time, didn't do very well. Just got results and 1 entry caused a deduction for incorrect zone. I (rumlogng) reported incorrect zone for W8XAL, zone 7 reported. I exported the log entry as ADIF and loaded into ADIFMaster. It shows CQZ (CQ Zone) as 7 and ITUZ (ITU Zone) as 4. I think these 2 fields are reversed?
