Clublog upload issue

Hello,

I’ve had Rumlog set up to upload my QSO's to Clublog, everything was working fine until 2 days ago.

I attempted to upload some new contacts to Clublog and received the following error, “Error: Login rejected from POST variables”. I initially thought the problem was on the Clublog end as I was getting a timeout error when I tried to open the Clublog website directly.

The next day I was able to open the Clublog website and was logged in with my normal password. Upon attempting to upload the QSO's from Rumlog I again received the same error message. I can export the QSO’s to an .adif file and upload that to Clublog directly with no issues.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Few users are affected by this problem (currently you are #4). There were no changes in RUMlog in the last 14 month. I can't duplicate this issue here.
Try to use the App password: https://clublog.freshdesk.com/support/s ... passwords-

Furthermore I would like to know:
  • Which macOS version?
  • Which RUMlog version?
  • Do you use your login password or your App password?
  • Do you log in with callsign or with e-mail address?
  • Do you have special characters in your password?

Hi everyone,
I'm getting the same error: something like “Login rejected from POST variables,” and this has been happening since October 2, 2025. That was the last day I was able to upload successfully.

What I've noticed is that new log entries are being entered in RUMLog, and I can see in ClubLog that an attempt to upload/update is obviously starting. So: uploaded queue: 1 log

I'm using my username and password, but I've also tried the APP password and now set a new password—no changes whatsoever.

Furthermore I would like to know:
Which macOS version? = Tahoe 26.0.1
Which RUMlog version? = 5.20 (690)
Do you use your login password or your App password? both
Do you log in with callsign or with e-mail address? Callsign
Do you have special characters in your password? no special characters

Hopefully we could find a solution together.

Do you log in with callsign or with e-mail address? Callsign
Pse try it with your registered e-mail address.

My solution is as follows:

Username with email address and the app password.

That made it work again.

EDIT:
I can confirm this too! For both iPhone and Imac apps!

On the iMac app I already used my e-mail address but also the error appears. To fix it I had to:
changed login to 'username' -> still error
changed login back to 'e-mailaddress' -> OK!

Tom, I’m using:

Sequoia 15.6.1
RL 5.19.5
Login password
Callsign
No special characters

After reading the posts here I double checked my settings, my callsign was listed in the Clublog user name box. I changed it to my email address and normal password and it allowed the QSO's to upload. I didn’t change my Clublog settings in Rumlog since my original setup so I really can’t say when or why my callsign was in the Clublog username spot.

I will add an App password to Clublog and use it on my next upload.

Sequoia 15.7 here. Rumlog 5.20 (690).

Same issue with Clublog for the last few days. My original Clublog settings in Rumlog were callsign and password. I just changed this to email address and same password (Apple generated with special characters).

Now seems to be working okay.
