TQSL Uploads not working

Using Rumlog 5.19.3 and OSX 13.7.5

I am unable to upload to LOTW and get the following error message:
"Error tqsl.app bookmark data". "This file couldn't be opened because it isn't in the correct format"

I have the TQSL 2.8 installed and the files are in the USER directory.

I have rebooted the computer to try and correct permissions.

Any ideas for a fix, please?
