How to re-download LoTW QSLs

Making a sync in pCLOUD I generated a conflict .rlog file and when download LoTW confirmation I received a lot of "red" notifications because those QSOs were not updated.

Now, once restored the good .rlog file with the correct last QSOs, how could re-check and download LoTW confirmations again in order to update the LOG?

Now ,if I re-run "LoTW in" it says "No new QSL's"

Reset the Last LoTW in date in the LoTW/eQSL preferences to a suitable value.
