I‘m looking for a solution to connect my Icom 7610 via WLAN with my iPad. The SDR-Control App works fine on the iPad, but Rumlog2go does not discover the Icom via WLAN. Maybe there a some tricks I do not know?

There is no option for that.
The iPad app is more useful for portable operations while the IC-7610 is more a base station.
If desired, use a simple BLE interface which is significantly more energy efficient than WiFi.
