Little Snitch alerts regarding RUMlogNG network access

I'm installing RUMlogNG on a Mac which has Little Snitch installed.
As soon as I open the RUMlogNG preference pane, I start seeing lots of Little Snitch alerts that RUMlogNG is accessing various websites I've gone to in the past. These sites are totally unrelated to amateur radio (e.g., https://parcelapp.net) and it appears to be loading sites out of some browser history or similar.
For example Little Snitch's dialog states:

I searched this forum, but saw no mention of this behavior. While I suspect this is some underlying overly greedy caching mechanism, it's off putting to see a ham radio logging app access tens or hundreds of sites I've viewed in the past that are unrelated to its function.
Is there any explanation as to what's going on here?
Thanks & 73,
