TQSL Duplicate or out of date range

After using rumlog and tqsl to load to Log book of the world for over 6 years I am suddenly getting the error " TQSL All QSO's are duplicate or out of date range" The qso's are newer then my last batch and when I look at the TQSL configuration in rumlog the date shown is older then my QSO's i'm trying to load up. TQSL connects to Log book.

I have attached a screen shot that shows the error.

I'm not sure where to look now. Any clues as to where to look next would be greatly appreciated.

Check your used certificate. The certificate itself must be valid and your qsos must be in the given QSO date range.

Thank you so much! That was it, my CERT had expired. I would never have zeroed on an expired CERT from that error.
