What kind of TNC?

Unread post by I3-2782/VE »

Hi all,
is there a list of supported TNC's for Rumlog?

I've read in the manual that only TF 2.7b firmware is working? correct?

Is possible to connect a Pac-Comm Tiny2 or the TNC-7 Multi?

Many thanx,
Stefano

Hi Stefano,

for the TNC-7 Multi is 'The Firmware' available on the manufacturer's homepage. It seems that you can plug in TF EPROM in the PAC Tiny, but I'm not sure.

When you own these TNCs, you could try it out and report here.

Thanx Tom for the reply,
I'll order the TNC-7 in the next week. After making some test I'll report here.

I've both 1200 e 9600bps node very active near my QTH.

ps. Is possible to add support for Icom R-75 in next release of Rumlog?

Thanx again,
Stefano
