Adding new contests

How easy or difficult is adding a new contest?
There are contests that I participate that I take "General COntest" template to record them , however (SKCC, EAQRP and TOR) use a list of members and it would easier to configure them in order to check the list of participants and upload the information to NUMBER RVCD

Are there minimu requirements to configure them? How feasible are they?

Depending on the rules, it's a two-hour job.

thanks Tom, for the configuration is it possible to use a list of predefined members ? (uploaded using CSV files for example) I mean, to have a list of CALL, Name, Membership number and every time that you contact with one CALL from the list it brings Name and membership to number received field.
