I must be the only idiot. I have no clue as to how the QRG table preference should be setup. There are 4 fields for each frequency. 1st is lower edge and 4th is upper edge. The 2 in between? I think the second is CW and third phone, but the default table has nothing like that. The screen itself shows: Edges and segments --> CW-Data-Phone, defining 3 columns.
I would expect:
20M 14000 14000 14140 14350 For US extra Lower and CW are the same
20M 14000 14070 14070 14350 RumlogNG default
The only explanation I could find is in Rumlog version 5 manual and it is nothing like current. In this manual, the 2 center columns are defined as CW/RRTY and RTTY/SSB.
