TQSL bookmark data not found

I tried to upload new QSOs to LOTW and get an error: Error tqsl.app bookmark data / The file couldn't be opened.

This is RL Version 5.18.2 (665) which was automatically updated the other day. TQSL and my callsign certs are current as is my OS. It worked prior to the update.

I tried selecting QSOs to upload rather than relying on RL knowing which ones hadn't been uploaded and it gives the same error.

I was able to take the ADIF and have TQSL do the upload directly so that part of the flow works.

Reboot your Mac.
It seems there are file access permission issues after updating macOS.
