I've been trying to import my logbook into Rumlog for several days, but unfortunately without success.
I click on "File" at the bottom right and want to select the Adif file. Unfortunately, this file is displayed very brightly and cannot be selected. This happens if this file is in Dropbox, iCloud Drive or locally on the iPad. The same thing happens if I click on "Download logbook" at the top right.
Next, I used the SDR-Control app to select iCloud as the logbook location. If I now select "iCloud synced log" as the logbook in Rumlog, nothing happens, no import.
The attempt via UDP was also unsuccessful. In SDR-Control, port 2237 is already entered as the IP "255.255.255.255". In Rumlog, I also entered port 2237. There is no way to enter the IP here either. I get the error message "Rumlog terminated, import stopped", but no import has taken place.
This is the first tool where I've failed with the log import. And yes, of course I've read the help and searched the forum here for solutions. But I don't want to give up. Who can help?

Adif log import not possible
Re: Adif log import not possible
It seems few things are intermixed here:
Nevertheless I've tested the Import functions using the latest iOS version. Import works as expected.
But I found issues when exporting ADIF from the Files app to RL.
Try this: Send you an ADIF file via e-mail. Tap the file in Mail and export it to RL, this should work.
Can you provide a screenshot? Not selectable files should be grayed out, not bright. Make sure the file extension is .adi or .adif.Unfortunately, this file is displayed very brightly and cannot be selected.
Do you have .rlog files? The same thing happens if I click on "Download logbook" at the top right.
Please see the Help section about iCloud synced logbook There is no relationship to SDR-Control.Next, I used the SDR-Control app to select iCloud as the logbook location. If I now select "iCloud synced log" as the logbook in Rumlog, nothing happens, no import.
As far as I know your router will not forward messages when this address is used. Enter the address of your device, localhost or 127.0.0.1. No need to enter an address in RL, since RL is just listening on the dedicated port. The attempt via UDP was also unsuccessful. In SDR-Control, port 2237 is already entered as the IP "255.255.255.255".
Unfortunately iOS quits all apps when they are longer than ca. 20 sec in the background. You have to use both apps side by side, if possible. This makes this function nearly useless.I get the error message "Rumlog terminated, import stopped", but no import has taken place.
