Import QSO Data from QRZ (broken?)

Unread post by do9jn »

Hi,

Either something is no longer quite ok with my installation, or after the update, updating QSO data via QRZ no longer works as usual. Only the first name and no longer the first and last name is entered in the QSO data, although both data are available at QRZ. For clarification, I have attached a screenshoot

Thank you for your great work, Thomas!

As far as I remember the full name was never used. First name and nick only.

Strange, days before, Nane was filled with first and last name...maybe QRZ change something? I will make some test during the next (colder) days :-)

I don't think so. How do you fetch the data? There are four options:
  1. Automatically, before saving
  2. Manually, before saving by a double click in to the qrz.com result table
  3. Manually, editing an already logged QSO by a double click in to the qrz.com result table
  4. Automatically, using the menu function Menu-->QSO-->Add QSO data ...

I‘m using „ Automatically, using the menu function Menu-->QSO-->Add QSO data“. To be honest, I have not used the other possibilities so far, or possibly "accidentally" and that maybe explain a different result. I will give it a test a bit later!

Many Thanks!!!
