Station info from qrz.ru

At HamQTH/qrz/QRZ.COM window there is a fourth tab on the top of this window, for qrz.ru
I tried to use qrz.ru for a Russian station with which I had a QSO and it was not found in qrz.com, but I receive an error message saying "Error 3 parsing qrzcq.com" even though I had selected qrz.ru

At Preferences>Databases>qrz.ru tab I have entered my login credentials at qrz.ru, with which I can successfully login to qrz.ru. See attached screenshot.

Am I missing something or is it a glitch?

PS: I understood that qrz.ru returns station info just by URL, I mean without a need to login with user credentials. For instance https://www.qrz.ru/db/RC7KB returns station's info without a need to login

RUMlog has problems with few special characters in passwords.Try to use a password without any.

At qrz.ru there are two sets of userid/password. The first set is a pair of your email address and a password and it is used for access to the web site. The second one though is another pair of userid (most probably your callsign) and another password, which is used for API access, that is calls to the database of orz.ru, originated by an application like RUMlog. One has to follow a registration procedure to API/XML service first, and then one acquires the second pair of userid/password. In my case, I had to post a message to the support team, because there was an error during the registration process. The support team replied me by an email to try again the registration process, so this is what I did. After the registration was completed, I received an automated email, as below, with my new pair of userid and password. Since then it works flawlessly!
