QSL upload duplicate

Hello, since yesterday my rumlog complains abaout a duplicated QSO when uploading to eqsl and lotw.

eQSL log

Information: Received 422 bytes
Warning: Y=2021 M=04 D=20 IU2KNG 40M FT8 Bad record: Duplicate
Result: 2 out of 3 records added

LoTW warning message:




If I look at my QSO log in rumlog, it's marched as sent on both LoTW and eQSL

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure of what happened, but the problem went away after one day
