Elecraft KXUSB CAT settings to control KX2

Sorry for posting this stupid question.
I am trying to control my KX2 via RUMlogNG and read the operating fx and so on and eventually use the Transceiver Ctrl provided.
I am trying to do so using the provided KXUSB cable but I am unable to find the right settings in the preferences menu for TRX#2.
The serial port is found and the cable works as I have been able to update the firmware of the KX2 with elecraft's app.

Is this control possible with the KXUSB cable?
What are the serial bus settings?

Running here latest version of RUMlogNG, OSX and KX2 firmware.

It should work. The baud rate is set correct? Do you have connected another trx as #1?

I have at TRX#1 an IC7300, but disabled and the USB unplugged.

The baud rate is set to the one I use also for my IC7300. I will try to increase it to what the Elecraft app says (38400).

I have set the Baudrate to 38400 and now it works, Tom. But I promise that I did try it already before. It was probably a question switching on and off everything and start it over again.
Anyhow, frequency changes slowly and not smoothly, not like with the IC7300.

BTW, I guess there is no KX2 Ctrl (and the KX3 is greyed out).

For Elecraft only the TRX#1 supports the Control panel.

And one final question. Does this also apply to the IC7300.
I mean, if I move the IC7300 to TRX#2, will I keep the Ctrl-IC7300 or is it also only available on TRX#1?
Because I could have the KX2 on TRX#1 and the IC7300 on TRX#2.

P.D.: Tom, does it make sense to have more rigs available, so that you can change from one to another. You don't have to have them all plugged in to the USB, but you could change from to another, without having to rewrite its configuration. Somehow you configure all the rigs you have and you can choose them from a drop down list for TRX#1 or TRX#2 or just having then only TRX#1. Just a thought...
