I have a friend (K6OQ) that I am converting to Mac's.
I want to get him off of Windows as much as possible and will recommend RUMlog as his logging program. While he has an FT-1000MP as his secondary XCVR he uses an FT-2000 as his primary. Is the control the same or similar? In other words, will RUMlog set to FT-1000 work to control his FT-2000?

FT-2000 - Who can test it?
The remote control for the FT-2000 is completely different to other YAESU's. It's more similar to Kenwood.
I should be able to implement the FT-2000 control, but I need somebody who helps out with testing, since I do not have any access to this transceiver.

Re: FT-2000
I don't have one here but my friend does and I will probably be spending a lot of time in his shack getting him "switched". So, I will help out as much as I can.

First try: FT-2000
Hi Rick,
here we are with a first try. Currently I'm working hard on RUMlog, this is just an Alpha version with new features. It's not finished yet, but you should be able to test the rig control.
Back up you logfiles first!
When starting this RUMlog, your opened logfiles will be modified and are not any longer useable with RUMlog prior version 4.0! Take care!
It would be a good practice to copy your existing RUMlog folder, and replace the application file with the downloaded one here. Disregard an error message at startup, because there is an IOTA file missing.
