HamQTH.com lookup stopped working

Unread post by N8XMS »

HamQTH.com lookups have stopped working in RumLog. I've checked and the calls are in the HamQTH.com online database but the information is not being imported into my RumLog fields the way it used to be. HamQTH.com user name and password are correct in the RumLog preferences. This only recently started and it might correspond to the update to RumLog version 3.3 but I'm not sure of that because I do software updates automatically and I'm not sure of exactly when that update was done.

There are no error messages of any kind. It's just that the log fields do not get populated with the HamQTH.com information like they use to do a week or two ago.

I have no explanation for this but when I went to run a test to answer your question there was a momentary delay and then all of the information popped up and also filled in the appropriate log fields. Perhaps there was a network issue or something but everything seems to be working fine now. Thank you for your time.
