Look up function

Look up function

I have entered QRZ.com log on info in preferences. when i do a look up, it searches then says nothing found.
what am i missing??

When in the result table "Not Found" is shown next to the callsign, the station is not listed at qrz.com.

tom,
the stations are in QRZ.com. For some reason my look up is not working.
