Hi there, I'm having an issue on the lastest app store and non-app store versions of the app where it crashes when I try to access the preferences. I'm on Sierra and v3.12.2 of RUMlogNG. Any suggestions? I deleted the whole app with AppCleaner and reinstalled from the app store with no change.

I can try to re-upload the .log file.

I have a TS-590S and a winkeyerUSB connected. I've tried with both disconnected and still had the crash. Oh I do have an external USB soundcard as well but have not tried disconnecting that yet.

Please try with the unplugged sound card. I know we have had this issue before. But I can't remember the solution yet.

Tnx, this crash report works for me. It is your sound card! Can you send me a screen shot of your Audio MIDI Setup device window?
I will contact Chen, W7AY for assistance. The problems seems to be in his Audio Library.

This is a hackintosh by the way. RumlogNG used to work just fine until recently, don't know what changed. Maybe I have devices plugged into different ports, I don't know. I unplugged all my usb devices and it still crashes.

EDIT: I realized I had not unplugged my webcam yet.... unplugged that and wouldn't you know, the preferences opened up! I think its fixed now... Now if only I can restore my app settings from time machine...

And now my logbook wont open up? I select Logbook -> Open and select my logbook but nothing happens, it just sits with No Open Logbook. Can't catch a break.

nevermind I think i had a bit of a permissions issue from digging around behind the scenes too much Got my log opened now

I guess the Trademark sign in Microsoft cause the crash. I will check.
