RumlogNG and FLDigi

Greetings,

I was at our State EOC this past week for their weekly net and one of the modes that are used is Digital (the digital net was run via Olivia 8-500). Since i live in a somewhat high noise environment, I decided that it was time to attempt to get my KX3 working for digital modes that could still work even in a high noise environment. However, Rumlog and fldigi are apparently having an argument and will not speak to each other

Environment:

Mid 2011 iMac running 10.10.1 with all updates
RumlogNG 1.07 (latest as far as I can tell)
fldigi 3.23.04 (Latest version)

KX3 is connected correctly for inbound and outbound audio. (using the KXPKT cable set. I may look into a signalink at some point in the near future...)
RumlogNG has CAT control of the KX3

I followed the instructions found here to set up both Rumlog and fldigi:

No matter what I have tried, I can't get Rumlog to pass CAT data off to fldigi. I want to tackle CAT before I move on to trying to decode and then to transmit...

Anyone have any suggestions?

To talk to Fldigi you have to enter the tcp/ip address into the Fldigi box in the TRX settings. The default port is 7362. If you run Fldigi on the same machine, the address is 127.0.0.1
When RUMlog has CAT control, you have to disable CAT control in Fldigi, make no selection!
Enable XML-RPC control in Fldigi.

The latest public RUMlogNG version is 2.2 and can be found here: https://itunes.apple.com/de/app/rumlogn ... 4561?mt=12

Tom,

I updated to 2.2, and configured it as you stated and still have no CAT passthrough to fldigi from Rumlog. I reset the settings in fldigi, but that didn't help.

I'm currently at a loss...

Josh

Correction: I had the info in the wrong field... I now have cat control. next is working on decoding...

Thank you for your help.
