As far as I could see there is no template…
If not, is it easy to set up yourself?

As far I have seen, it is a VHF/UHF contest?
RUMped supports HF only except the IARU Region 1 VHF contest.

Yes it is, from 6 meters to microwaves…
There are different ways to calculate the score, depending on band used, so you need a template for each contest.
