Hi Tom,

I've noticed that since I have updated to 5.1.1, each time I use the LoTW TQ8 out function, CocoaModem opens up on its own. That is to say, the CocoaModem Icon on my dock bounces a couple of times, and then the program opens as if I had clicked on the dock icon. This occurs after I have pressed the send button in the small window that opens up when LoTW TQ8 out function is requested.

Just move the unzipped file into your existing RUMlog folder.
