Is there a way to print the logbook?

Not the QSL or address labels, but the entire (or a portion of) the logbook.

I might be missing something really obvious, but I couldn't find this function...

See the Search Window. There you can export your log or a part of it as *.text or *.csv file. Using Pages or Numbers or even a simple text editor, you have all possibilities to print your log as desired.
