QRZ.com lookup

Quite simply, although I have a current subscription for the QRZ XML data, I can't find a way of getting that to appear in Rumlog despite putting username and password into the appropriate part of preferences. I have checked that the username and password is correct within the QRZ.com site, so I'm beginning to run out of ideas. I have the auto qrz.com lookup enabled and once I have entered the callsign and hit the tab key the window appears but it remains blank.

I'd be grateful for any advice. I'm pretty sure that it used to work a few months ago before I (temporarily) moved to the dark side (Windows!).

Thanks,

Stephen,

The QRZ site has been up and down lately due to problems with the Amazon servers.

Is is possible that's the root of your problem?

Well, it hasn't started working yet! I have had this problem consistently since reverting back to Rumlog, admittedly I am now running Rumlog on a Macbook under Snow Lion and was previously on an Intel Mac Mini with Snow Leopard. That, so far as I can see, is the only difference. As I wrote before, QRZ confirms the validity of my XML data subscription.

Thanks anyway,

I have also changed my wireless internet router. It's on default settings but I never had to open ports specially for Rumlog before.

Here it is working fine, but I don't have a paid account.
Fred, AA7BQ asked me to use another server address. I made the changes, here it is still working.

I have just upgraded to the latest version and the QRZ online lookup is now working fine, thanks.
