eQSL download

Hi all,
I am sure I am missing something very basic here, so please excuse me and thank you for reading.

While trying to download from eQSL, I always get "Connecting eQSL Server...Connected" but then "Error: No such Username/Password found". However the username/password I entered in the Preferences are correct as they work to log in to eqsl.cc. I did not try uploading but I suspect it wouldn't work as well.

I am sure this function used to work before, I am using RUMlog Ver.5.0.2.

Any suggestion would be appreciated

The same error message will be presented when you have entered an invalid QTH nick name. When you don't have multiple coupled accounts, let this field empty.

aha! That fixed the issue, many thanks!

I do have two coupled accounts actually, with different callsigns, each one with its own QTH nickname. It seems to me that leaving the field blank downloads the records from both accounts
