Alaska and Hawaii are missing from the US states window

Alaska and Hawaii are missing from the US states window

I'm running 4.8-latest, and noticed that Alaska and Hawaii are not listed in the "US States List" window.

Is this deliberate? I realize they are separate DX entities, but they do count towards the WAS award.
