Is there a way to not have K3 Info(TX1)) always on top?

No, this is hard coded. There is no way to change this behavair during the runtime. I find the always on top window more useful.

It's not that way in RUMPED .

Oops, never used it in RUMped, since I don't have a second display with me on a dx-ped. On a small screen, the almost on top is not useful.
