QSO NOTE concat of two USerFields

Is there any way to build QSO Note with the concat of two userFields?

Reason: I would like to add some info to QSO NOTE field , using Applescript and a shortcut, in order to be included in eQSL QSLs as a comment of the QSO, for instance my RIG/ANT/PWR without copying and pasting that info that is already included in userField_1 and userField_3
