SeekYou wildcards

Post by PE2V »

Hello Thomas,

I try to use SeekYou with wildcards but I can't get it working. I tried * and % but doesn't work. Are wildcards allowed anyway? If not could that been added?

No, wild cards are not supported.
Which kind (at which place) do you need it?

I try to use it like this:
I need PA, PB, PC, etc.... Dutch prefixes (0-9) for the NTC Prefixes certificate and I created lists for every P prefix for prefixes I still need. Rules in German language: https://pi4ntc.nl/dpa_deutsch/

For example, in the PE list I add:
PE5*
PE7*
PE8*
PE9*

Or PC list:
PC3*
PC5*
PC6*
PC7*
PC8*
PC9*

Is this possible?

Hmm - 10.15 isn't supported by the compiler any longer. You can try ist, it may work or not: https://dl2rum.de/RUMlogNG/SeekYou_10_15.zip

Yes, it works... but I put in the PA list only PA8* but other PA stations are displayed (PA3, PA0) and On the PI list there is no PI4 but I see PI4 displayed in SeekYou.

I'll attach 2 two lists

Hehe... time for beer. And yes, it is working correct now. To test I made a couple of duplicate lists: one with the missing prefix and the other with the full list. Prefixes appear on the full list, not on the missing list... that is cool!!! Thank you so much.

Have a nice evening...
