Is it possible to view downloaded eQSL card in RUMLogNG2Go?
What mean "Load always" (and as I assume "Read always" on macOS)? Is it mean read/load all eQSL card and not look on dates?

No, but it's may an idea for the future.

When checked, the download of new confirmations will start as soon the panel opens. No need to push the Load button. It's just a convenience feature.
