Hello,
I do not see the "undo" command ?
For example I made a mistake, I used the "LOTW ADIF out" Item, so RUMLog has created an ADIF File and AUTOMATICALLY the LOTW Flag has been modified to "S" without any Warning, I How Can I made an "undo" command ?
Perhaps a New feature ?
I Think for these "global" command it will be necessary to have one Warning windows BEFORE ?

There is no UNDO available and there are no intentions to implement this. Since your ADIF file is saved somewhere, the data are not lost. Also you can manually set the qsl status back to W.

So I understand that but I have about 1000 QSOs with the "S" Flag, so If there is not "Undo" command perhaps You have to implement this feature with 2 steps :
1) The file is created
2) A new windows will ask the user if You want to set or no the flag to "S"
I think that will be better with this 2 steps
What do You think about that ?

Select your 1000 QSOs with 2 mouse clicks and use the Menu-->QSL-->Send agn LoTW QSL This will undo your action. It's not a problem for the LoTW server when you send some QSOs twice.

Are you using Time Machine?
If so, revert back to the last log before you asked for the LoTW_out.
