How to Add a Prefix to a call sign

Hi, I contacted an op using a prefix of TI5/VA3RA. If I enter that into rumlog callsign field, it locates the country (Puerto Rico) but does not fill in the call sign info from QRZ. In this case, the op is from ON, Canada, but is operating in Puerto Rico.

Is there a different place to enter the prefix?
