I have recently finished a K3NG Winkeyer with separate outputs for TX1 and TX2. Activating Key out 1 and Key out 2 in the CW Settings of RL does key both connected radios simultan. In most cases this is not practical. Is it possible to have only one Key out activated corresponding to the current active radio like it is functioning with N1MM in SO2R mode?
Is there any reason why the automatic selection between 2 radios is not possible within the contest window? Do I have something overseen in the settings?

Only trx #1 is supported in the contest module. There is no SO2R support.

Thanks for your answer. No problem with the contest case, but why not have it in the normal logging app when we already have the possibilities of switching between 2 radios?

Many thanks for your reply and addition to the code. I have tried your Test_App with the following setup:
TX1 KX3
TX2 K2
Both TX CAT controlled via Bluetooth
Both TX with zero Output into Dummyload (to have no RF interference)
CW Settings in RL:
Winkey K3NG
Nutze Taster enabled
Key out 1 and 2 NOT enabled
Nothing further enabled
In Menu CW
Winkey Output follows TRX enabled
After Startup of RumLogNG TX1 is activated followed by TX2, Winkey is keying TX2, switching to TX1 by pushing the button in the main window does key TX1. So, everything works as it is expected.
In the beginning of my test, this was not the case as when TX1 was selected and keyed by paddle etc., after a few seconds TX2 was selected without touching any knobs etc. on the TRX or the Mac. This disappeared after several restarts of rig and mac. I don't know the case of this but I'll have an eye on this behavior.
All in all a very good addition to the software! But, as you might expect, 2 wishes follow...
How about a Key shortcut to switch from one TX to the other, eg. cmd cursor left and right, which wouldn't make it necessary to widen the main window on small screens like MacBook etc. to reach the TX buttons? And in case of wider screens have the TX button enlighted to make the TX choice more visible than just with the display of frequency and mode?
