Hello,

I have set up LoTW for a callsign as main callsign and with a holiday callsign with certificate for both . I have this set up on multiple callsign working well but on Windows .

Moving over the station to Mac, I read the forums and watched the videos etc but test shows that contacts are uploaded fine (checked by LoTW website).

Downloading shows error with LoTW website pop up etc and no downloads obviously I am missing or messed up something
this is my set up which uploads fine.
I have tried to download with just my main call but to no avail

FYI I do have LoTW confirmation / verified for some contacts
any pointer would be welcomed

You should read the website very carefully! There is no interaction possible, but it may help.

Hi this is the error

and I have read all through I do not understand why the same credentials load but do not download
yet access through LOTW web allow me to also load and download the adif report etc . Passwords etc double checked etc .

Which RUMlog version do you use?
Use a password without any special characters.

version 5.12.3 (583)

no special character for LoTW

Yes I did

never mind there must be an issue with the password given by LoTW I will change it and see how that goes Thank you have good week end

All sorted out and it was quite weird a result of a few errors detailed below

LoTW sent me password ***h*** (note fourth character)

I typed in website ***H*** (note fourth character) normal and it worked this was my mistake!

In rumlog typed given password ***h*** and would not download when typed ***H*** all worked .

so error in LoTW Password and mine as well so go figure just weird circumstance
