Contest WAPC Points Error

Just finished Worked All Province of China (WAPC) SSB 2023 contest, by RumlogNG
I noticed the pinots calculator was wrong with the rule of WAPC.

According to the rules of WAPC

* QSO with same of China, 1 point,
* QSO with same of ASIA, 1 point,
* QSO with different continents, 3 points
....balabalabala..

However, on the Contest Window, in the column of PTS. the points were total wrong...
I am not sure whether RumlogNG's can import /update contest rule files...
As I know the contest rule was updated in last year. may RumlogNG is using an old one?

I corrected the scoring. Please note, scoring is not part of your Cabrillo file.

I'm not able to check all contest rules in each year. I need the feedback from the users and from the contest sponsors.
