Manual time entry disables CAT trx frequency update

Hello Tom,

Just spotted a small bug after puzzling why the frequency in the main logging window wasn't updating when I had "Follow TRX" enabled: switching the time entry to "Enter time manually" is also disabling frequency + mode update. It should only make the date+time fields go orange and manual entry.

This is not a bug, it's by design.
