For some reason I cannot get the memory key buttons on top of the winkey to work......I did select the option to "use Memory Buttons" in Preferences......any suggestions on how to make them work? Everything else with the WinKey seems to function.

These buttons should start playing the memories from the CW menu. Please note, you need at least a Winkey version 2.

The memory buttons work in CW Tools and Keyboard Function keys. However, the 4 buttons on top of the WinKey itself intermittently work. I am used to using them for so many years that it would be nice for them to work.....not critical though since there are other options

Is there something I am missing? That's usually the case for me since this program is so encompassing and its easy to miss the obvious.

Make sure your logging window shows CW as operating mode.

Well, when you are in a phone mode, a voice memory will be played.
