LoTW QSO mark issue

Hello,

After successful upload to LoTW the QSO 'xx' is marked as S (that's good) but changed back into W sometimes. And when uploading new QSO's to LoTW tqsl say's that the QSO 'xx' is a duplicate. After clicking on ignore, the new QSO is uploaded and the duplicate/existing one is not uploaded but marked as S again. For the rest Up- and Download to/from LoTW is working correct.

I don't know if this is an RL, TQSL or local issue....
