I can upload to lotw but when downloading i get error while downloading data.

And i see a piece of the arrl website to type my username and password.

What goes wrong?

When an error occurs during a download request, the server answers with a standard web page. You can't interact -no need to enter your credentials.
Watch carefully the page, somewhere further down you will find a (more or less) detailed error description.

Found the solution , it was the & character in the password.

Chance the password and now it's downloading from Lotw
