QRG data over TCP

Hello RUMLogNG Useres,
I'm looking for a method to send the QRG data from my Windows PC to my mac to used them in RUMLogNG.
I need to use the windows pc for my Antenna coupler (there is not MAC app for that) so the serial port of my radio is connected to my windows PC.
I was thinking that I can somehow use TCP CAT for that.
Can someone explain how to do this?
