I have a suggestion for the CW Tools window:

A 'Tune' button would be very useful on the window. When I need to send a carrier, I put the K1EL into 'bug' mode to push the dah. I noticed that the MacWinKeyer has a Tune button that is very useful.

Can this be added?

I know this is a old post, but I'd like to second that! I'm using a WinKeyer, when I don't have RUMlogNG running, I can use buttons on WinKeyer to put it in Tune mode. But once RUMlogNG is running, I lost that functionalify, which is really inconvenient especially when you have a linear amplifier that needs to be tuned.
