serial port disappeared

Serial port disappeared and I have the microham driver installed but overnight it disappeared and I reinstalled Catalina with disk erasure included thinking that it was something of the system but it is not so I continue with the same problems and I can no longer use my 756 proIII with microkeyer with the rum log any help please

  • USB cable damaged?
  • microKeyer damaged?
  • Do you see the port in the System Profiler?
