Edit Macro Window for IC-7610

The edit macro window for IC-7610 TX2 is mostly blank. Might be something to do with Mojave which I just installed. I have to reset CAT2 to close the window.

I noticed this too after installing the first Mojave Beta. Seems to be a macOS problem. In a few days an updated version (4.0) should be available in the App store, this fixes it.
